| Quick responses and generous donors have made the clinic at La Boquita Honduras much larger and better able to care for the villagers that HMA member Saira Giron serves. Funds began coming into the HMA office in November. HMA members Leonard and Lottie Brown, who reside part-year at La Buena Fe, Honduras fronted the money for the materials until they returned to the US and were reimbursed from |

| the donations collected. Saira
moved her desk and medicines to the new room along with the examination table. Patient privacy, care and comfort have been enhanced.
Waiting patients are now able to sit inside out of the weather and view of their neighbors until they can be seen by Saira. Numerous educational posters hang on the walls to encourage healthy behaviors and understanding of medical issues.
