Viewing Videos

1.

Video's require Adobe "Flash® Player" to operate.  If your computer does not have Flash, you will be given the opportunity to download it.  You may also download the latest version of Adobe Flash from Adobe's web site.

2.

You can expect the video to stop and start during viewing.  This will happen if your download speed is slower that the viewing speed.  There is nothing you can do to increase the download speed of the video, but you can reduce the stops & starts.

A.

Start the video.

B.

After the video starts, click on "Pause" (two vertical marks - "II" - lower left of picture) until the light red graph line under the picture moves part or all the way across to the right.

C.

Click on the start arrow.

Just how far you will have to let the light red line go before you click on the start arrow, will be determined by how slow your internet service is.

The only thing that will "fix" this problem is for you to get a higher speed internet connection.

The stopping and starting will usually not happen when you "Replay" the video.

3.

Videos are large files and may not work well with "Dial Up" internet service, although you may be able to watch them using the steps to reduce stops & starts as listed in step 2.
